Griffin Care Limited was formed in 2005 by Directors with over 45 years combined experience in the field of statutory children’s services. By building on its strong reputation of professional credibility, the company has gone from strength to strength and now provides high quality residential, training and consultancy services to the public, third and independent sectors.

All services are delivered by skilled, qualified staff members who are highly motivated and dedicated to their service area. Griffin Care’s Senior Management Team Members are all experienced consultants and are recognised in their field of expertise. All have held responsibility for service improvement and delivery, including statutory in a variety of fields including:

• Staff recruitment and training
• Strategic development and change management

The Managing Director was, until June 2011, Principal Manager for Safeguarding in a Local Authority Children’s Services Department.
