Mindfulness at Work

 

This workshop is designed to be delivered directly to staff members for their own personal well-being. The workshop will:

  • Introduce real-time stress reduction techniques 

  • Introduce breathing techniques

  • Demonstrate how to stop negatively ourselves internally and reframe our thoughts in a positive and constructive way

  • Teach how to constructively and compassionately engage with ourselves and change we way we interact with the world around us

  • Teach how to notice the tone and content of our inner-conversation, and learn to be kinder to ourselves and letting go of things we can’t control.

Mindfulness in School

 

This workshop is designated to be delivered to teachers and educational support staff. You will be equipped with the relevant tools and skills to deliver mindfulness sessions to pupils in your schools.

The workshop will:

  • Introduce child-friendly real-time stress reduction techniques 

  • Introduce breathing techniques which can be easily remembered

  • Demonstrate the importance of positive and constructive thoughts

  • Teach how to compassionately engage with others

  • Teach how to be kinder to ourselves and letting go of things we can’t control.

Train the Trainer Workshop 

This workshop is a 'train the trainer' style workshop, designed for a mindfulness leader to deliver this training to staff members.

The workshop will:

  • Teach real-time stress reduction techniques 

  • Teach breathing techniques

  • Teach how to demonstrate how to stop negatively ourselves internally and reframe our thoughts in a positive and constructive way

  • Teach how to constructively and compassionately engage with ourselves and change we way we interact with the world around us

  • Teach how to notice the tone and content of our inner-conversation, and learn to be kinder to ourselves and letting go of things we can’t control.
