A stand-alone mindfulness session to help keep focus and concentration. This is a guided session which will touch on foundations of Mindfulness with a emphasis on staying focused, acknowledging and dismissing distraction.
Mindfulness Foundations Course
5 x 45 minutes

A five-part course working through the foundations of Mindfulness, covering the basic tools and techniques to begin unguided mindfulness practice and encourage longer term resilience.
Mindfulness at Work
This workshop is designed to be delivered directly to staff members for their own personal well-being. The workshop will:

Introduce real-time stress reduction techniques

Introduce breathing techniques

Demonstrate how to stop negatively ourselves internally and reframe our thoughts in a positive and constructive way

Teach how to constructively and compassionately engage with ourselves and change we way we interact with the world around us

Teach how to notice the tone and content of our inner-conversation, and learn to be kinder to ourselves and letting go of things we can’t control.
Mindfulness in School
This workshop is designated to be delivered to teachers and educational support staff. You will be equipped with the relevant tools and skills to deliver mindfulness sessions to pupils in your schools.
The workshop will:
