Equality & Diversity Policy

It is Griffin Care’s view that our current achievements are directly linked to the skill and ability of our staff. By treating our employees fairly and honestly whilst embracing their individualism we endeavour to operate an open, honest and transparent organisation that puts people’s needs first.

We are driven to the promotion of equality in all its forms, specifically employee relations and endeavour to reflect the society in which we operate by recruiting; training and developing all staff accordingly.

This Equal Opportunities Policy explicitly commits Griffin Care to comply with the following Acts, including any subsequent amendments;

  • Human Rights Act 1998
  • Equality Act 2010

Our policy observes, as far as possible, the Equality and Human Rights Commission’s Codes of Practice for Employment, Equal Pay, and Services, Public Functions and Associations.
