Griffin Care Limited, trading as Griffin Training & Consultancy was formed in 2005 by Directors with over 45 years combined experience in the field of statutory children’s services. By building on its strong reputation of professional credibility, the company has gone from strength to strength and now provides high quality residential, training and consultancy services to the public, third and independent sectors. All services are delivered by skilled, qualified staff who are highly motivated and dedicated to their service area. Griffin Care’s Senior Management Team are all experienced consultants and are recognised in their field of expertise. All have held responsibility for service improvement and delivery, including statutory Children’s Services, staff recruitment and training, strategic development and change management. Griffin Care has a strong body of associates and consultants, the majority of whom have until recently held senior positions within Children’s Services, including the Early Years and Childcare sector, Schools, Police, Health, Fire Service and Offender Management Services as well as in the voluntary and private sectors.
The Managing Director was, until June 2011, Principal Manager for Safeguarding in a Local Authority Children’s Services Department.
In 2018, Griffin Training & Consultancy recruited associate trainers of the highest calibre in their fields, having held senior management roles across numerous authorities, giving them a breadth of knowledge and experience in social work and management theory. With the new additions to the Griffin team, we can now boast over 150 years of combined social work and management experience.
